We spent years on the operating side and in management consulting, advising C-suites on growth strategy, market entry, and organizational transformation while also leading manufacturing relocations and restructuring supply chains across multiple countries. We learned what too many firms get wrong: they advise from a distance, hand over a deck, and move on. The hard part starts after they leave.
